The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $134,000 - $168,000.

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 10 years professional experience,
Demonstrated understanding of Gas operations and regulatory requirements,
Experienced in State and Federal Regulations and communicating with Regulatory Agencies
Knowledge of Engineering, Construction and Maintenance Gas standards in accordance with regulatory requirements
Demonstrated experience in managing deliverables,
Demonstrated experience in the execution of strategic objectives,
Track record of effective stakeholder engagement and management.
Supervises employees within the group including performance appraisals, time approval, etc.
Skills/Abilities:
Assign inspections to a team of inspectors by territory.
Review audit findings to identify gaps in safety and quality.
Ensure appropriate corrective actions are put in place and managed.
Track trends and make further recommendations for sustainability as required.
Oversee and lead employees performing designs of the gas distribution systems.
Ability to communicate and present information effectively at all levels.
Awareness and understanding of key business drivers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate highly technical concepts.
Energizing leader that possesses strong interpersonal communication and facilitation skills, detail-oriented, thorough, and results-focused
Ability to follow up and follow through with action items and dependencies.
Possess the ability to work across organizational lines within the company and influence key internal executives and line managers.
Must be able to support and drive implementation of the agreed upon strategies.
Flexible and willing to step up to take on tasks beyond a job description as required.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
