We can't do it without you.We are looking for someone to join our Real Estate and Facility Management group overseeing the organization's office services function. The team is responsible for providing multiple services which enhance the customer and employee experience for all JHA locations. We support all internal Jack Henry business units with reception, shipping/receiving, company store, café services, small event coordination, and other hospitality services. In this role, you will lead the team through execution of these services while focusing on quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, influencing ability, and leadership experience.This position will be filled to work a Hybrid schedule at Jack Henry's Monett, MO office location or the following office locations will be considered: Springfield, MO, Lenexa, KS, or Allen, TX. You will be required to come to the office 2-3 times a week for onsite meetings, events, and training.What you'll be responsible for:Responsible for strategy development and execution of JHA Office Services and Hospitality function, ensuring high-quality service delivery and exceptional customer service.Shipping & Receiving Department, including mail room at all Jack Henry locations.Food services including the JHA café and vending programs at all locations.Inventory and distribution of office supplies.Reception and visitor processing functions at Jack Henry locations per policies established by the Asset Protection group.Corporate recycling programs.JHA store and staff.Oversees the planning and scheduling of Office Services activities within the boundaries of established policies and procedures.Leads Office Services team through subordinate supervisors and/or managers in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and programs to ensure efficient operations and adherence to corporate standards. Stays updated on relevant regulations and industry practices.Manages departmental structure, workforce planning, career development, training, planning, and budgeting.Performs hiring, firing, objective setting, performance appraisals, coaching, and pay reviews. Provides guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster professional growth and team engagement.Develops annual operating budget and supports capital budget planning. Reviews monthly financial reports to maintain adherence to budget and responds to variances.Identifies opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within office services and hospitality functions. Implement changes and initiatives to optimize resource utilization and service delivery.Works closely with Executive Business Partners, Travel department, and Facilities Management team to successfully execute high-profile associate and customer events.Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring events run smoothly and align with organizational objectives.Supports the development and creation of policies and procedures of onsite hotel services. Manages function upon implementation.Builds relationships and manages performance of external service providers.Performs other duties as assigned.What you'll need to have:Must have 5 years of combination experience in the following facilities management categories (i.e. shipping/ receiving, food service, hospitality, event planning, process development and workplace management.)Must have 3 years of experience managing people in a corporate environment.Must be able to travel 10-15 % to attend onsite meetings, events and training. You will be required on a as needed basis to be onsite at any one of our Jack Henry office locations to facilitate a Jack Henry business event.Must be able to support an occasional Jack Henry event; schedule may be outside of standard business hours.What would be nice for you to have:Bachelor's degree.If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
