We are driving a strategic, multi-year transformation to modernize our Acquirer solutions to build innovative products, services, and capabilities that will anticipate our merchant and acquiring partner needs.Acquirer Platform Transformation (APT) is a multi-year initiative investing in the capabilities that drive GMNS strategy and leapfrog the competition in becoming an acquirer of the future. This is a strategic priority for GMNS as it becomes increasingly important that we stay competitive with the rise of intermediaries, can quickly adapt to an ever-changing regulatory environment and are developing strong value-added services that deepen the relationships with our acquiring customers.Reporting to the Director, Multi-Currency & Acquiring Payment Products and based in New York, the newly created role of Senior Manager, Digital Product Management will focus on the Multi-Currency (MCCY) product, which serves as the international eCommerce growth engine for GMNS. Primary functions will include product strategy, business development, colleague training, marketing support, and project management.Seeking someone with a passion to drive international business opportunities, while thinking strategically about the future.  This is a great opportunity for someone with strategic initiatives experience, who can partner cross-functionally with colleagues from Client Management, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other merchant teams to develop and execute a product roadmap to accelerate billed business growth in the digital space.Key Responsibilities: The role will focus on achieving the following objectives:Driving the strategy to implement transformational changes to streamline the merchant MCCY onboarding and usage experienceIdentifying merchant pain-points and understanding competitive landscape to evolve MCCY product features and capabilitiesManaging and continuously improving processes end-to-end through feedback, metrics, and benchmarkingPartnering closely with multiple global business partners to deliver a world-class cross-border and/or cross-currency eCommerce solution and articulate the valueTranslating complex business processes into consumable steps for internal customer groupsSupporting GMS initiatives critical to the success of the MCCY productRequired Skills:High-level knowledge and experience of card network operations, merchant acquiring, and/or processing including familiarity of competitive practicesExceptional project manager with the ability to build a project plan and manage it through a complex matrix of stakeholders to executionCreative thinker willing to challenge the status quo and develop recommendationsStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to develop relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, while appropriately influencing without direct authorityProven ability to successfully manage multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced environmentPassionate focus on the customer with a demonstrated desire to understand and solve for customer needs and pain pointsExperience in product management, leading cross-functional, global projects involving tech development is a plus4-year college degree requiredSalary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
