Primary Responsibilities Develop inclusive marketing strategies:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into marketing campaigns.
Develop comprehensive strategies that reflect diverse perspectives and promote inclusivity in messaging, imagery, and storytelling.
Lead inclusive marketing enablement for our company, customers, and partners
Create inclusive content and campaigns:
Conceptualize and create marketing content that celebrates diversity, showcases representation, and promotes belonging.
Ensure that marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, and website content, reflect a diverse range of voices, cultures, and identities.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce compelling and culturally sensitive marketing assets.
Lead end to end events- in partnership with Recruitment Marketing
Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, themes, and target audiences for equality-focused events.
Conduct research and gather insights to inform event planning and programming.
Develop a strategic roadmap for executing a series of events aligned with organizational goals and values related to equality.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of equality events, including conferences, workshops, panel discussions, and awareness campaigns.
Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to secure venues, speakers, sponsors, and other resources.
Develop marketing and promotion strategies to raise awareness and drive attendance for equality events.
Build relationships with Employee Resource Groups, Salesforce Ecosystem and industry partners to enhance event impact and reach.
Monitor and evaluate impact: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inclusivity and engagement, such as audience demographics, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis.
Analyze data and insights to assess the effectiveness of inclusive marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Iterate on marketing initiatives based on feedback and insights to optimize impact and relevance.
Experience + Skills
8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
Demonstrated understanding of cultural competence, intersectionality, and inclusive marketing principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in marketing practices and beyond.
