And we'll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.The Network and Acquirer Solutions team is driving a strategic, multi-year transformation to modernize the Network crafting innovative products, services, and capabilities that will anticipate the needs of customers by enabling more types of payments. We are seeking a full-time Senior Product Manager for Network Token Services based in New York.  This Product Manager will be responsible for development and management of the end-to-end product lifecycle of Issuer Token products, including defining product strategy, enhancing product features to meet partner needs, driving technical implementation and go-to-market with cross-functional teams, exploring, and advancing new token use cases, and influencing payments industry bodies on defining standards. How will you make an impact in this role?Design new products, value propositions, features, and experiences for target customer personas leveraging external and internal data and insights.Define business requirements and lead envisioning with partner delivery teams. Partner with engineers and solutions architects to identify technical solutions, assess tradeoffs, and deliver product features/platform capabilities.Collaborate with internal teams to shepherd product enhancements through new product development process and advocate to create the best customer and business outcomes.Define and track product metrics and KPIs and collect customer feedback to continuously improve the product and refine feature backlog.Develop go-to-market strategy and coordinate execution across marketing, sales, partner enablement, and servicing teams.Digest and ensure compliance with legal regulations/requirements and create the best outcome possible for customers while meeting those requirements.Coordinate and lead internal forums, steering committees, and working group meetings, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and are brought along in the journey.Maintain pulse on external trends and marketplace dynamics impacting the payments and banking industry, to inform continuous product evolution.  Represent network interests in leading external industry forums.Minimum QualificationsExperience: Background in product management, developing value propositions, identifying business needs, managing product economics, and driving seamless go-to-market enablement. Strategic Thought Leadership: Strategic and innovative mindset, with the ability to synthesize and translate market and industry trends into opportunities for AXP to driveinnovative solutions and build consensus for key initiatives.Demonstrated Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Ability: Self-starter who can translate ideas into actionable insights and collaborate to solution customer problems. Data Insights: High level of comfort with data and analytics, with experience using data to drive decision making and product improvement.Customer Focus: Ability to identify customer personas and develop features that solve for distinct customer needs and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.Intellectual Curiosity: A consultant mentality with the ability to distill ideas, connect the dots from across multiple business topics, organize the information and tell a story.Relationship Management: Strong external and internal skill in partner management; proven track record to partner with senior leaders a plus.Communications: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including concise verbal and written executive-level communications.  Strong ability to stay connected to remote partners and stakeholders.Highly Collaborative:Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value beyond traditional means.Passion for Payments Space: Ability to succinctly describe the latest trends and provide thought leadership on their relevance to American ExpressGreat Attitude: High energy and an optimistic attitudePreferred QualificationsPreferred experience managing payments productsSalary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
