Position Overview:
We're in search of a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on paid media, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. The ideal candidate will blend strategic acumen with a proven history of driving results within a B2B SaaS environment. This role demands analytical finesse, creative prowess, and strong leadership skills to fuel growth and optimize ROI across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Craft and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to bolster customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Oversee all facets of paid media campaigns, encompassing PPC advertising, social media outreach, and review site management.
Drive the development and execution of SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.
Conduct meticulous keyword research, monitor performance metrics, and optimize website content and structure for peak SEO performance.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and content teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overarching business objectives.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and offer actionable insights for continual enhancement.
Lead the end-to-end conversion rate optimization process, from identifying opportunities to conducting A/B tests and implementing winning strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and CRO.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on paid media, SEO, and conversion rate optimization, including 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns and delivering measurable outcomes.
Proficiency in SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Moz.
Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership abilities, including mentorship and team development.
