Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Grade 9 (Salaried)Position Description:University of Louisville School of MusicThe Unit Business Manager, Senior (UBM Sr) provides oversight and management of all aspects of the daily financial operations for School of Music including budget development, monitoring, and analysis of all financial resources. Serve as Lead Fiscal Officer of the unit.Works with the Dean and the Office of Budget & Finance (and other pertinent offices) to develop the School of Music annual operating budget.Has oversight, in collaboration with the Dean, for managing the School of Music's annual operating budget on a daily basis to ensure appropriate and effective use of funds. Responsible for assuring compliance with fiscal, Staff HR, and operational policies and procedures consistent with the mission and vision of the University of Louisville.Oversee and approve monthly reconciliations using a dual back up system.
