What You'll Do
As a key player in our team, you will:
Manage and refine data within systems used by the Purchasing and Supply Chain department, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, technical teams, and external consultants, to assess needs and deliver tailored system improvements and solutions.
Spearhead the development of new reporting tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency within the Purchasing and Supply Chain realms.
Engage in continuous analysis and testing to maintain and upgrade our Oracle Application modules, focusing on Purchasing and Supply Chain enhancements.
Lead the effort in defining and streamlining processes for data management, contributing to the overall operational excellence of our procurement systems.
Provide comprehensive support in system requirements gathering, documentation, and the translation of business needs into technical specifications.
Mentor and guide the Business Systems team in maintaining and troubleshooting our ERP and database systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Who You Are
A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in Purchasing and/or Inventory systems.
Experienced in SQL, Toad, or similar query/reporting tools and languages, with a preference for those familiar with project methodologies.
An analytical thinker with detailed knowledge of Purchasing and Supply Chain processes, and the integration points within ERP modules.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Access and Excel, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A team player who values collaboration and can effectively work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Comfortable in a general office environment and willing to travel to various locations as needed.
