Responsibilities
• Oversee the entire customer service section• Review, revise, and document current and proposed policies and procedures• Calculate water and sewer bills for residential and commercial customers• Handle customer escalation calls• Understand business processes• Develop and train employees• Manage and analyze data• Make oral presentations• Establish and maintain effective working relationships• Develop and conduct relevant training and informational sessions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in public administration or a field directly related to the position and program/agency• 3 years of responsible directly related work experience (preferably including supervisory experience)• Knowledge of modern management techniques• Knowledge of research and statistical analysis• Proven organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills• Ability to analyze, interpret, and report findings and recommendations• Ability to develop quantitative and qualitative data retrieval instruments• Effective communication skills in both oral and written forms
