Work Day:  Monday – Friday Ability to Travel:  Job Description: Sr. Management Analyst will perform SVIP Business Operations and Project Management Support for the SVIP
1) Provides business operations support to SVIP Associate Director
2) Serve as primary SVIP contractor coordinator for select SVIP topic calls
3) Coordinates all SVIP activities for a given topic call, including (but not limited too):
· Providing and/or coordinating responses to inquiries about the topic · Assisting with the development of a new topic Coordinating all application reviews and oral pitches to include conducting compliance checks in line with instructions from SVIP federal team, OGC and OPO · Drafting and coordinating the review and execution of review documentation and related applicant notifications · Coordinating with S&T Technical Program Manager, S&T SETA staff (if applicable) and customers regarding tracking and oversight of portfolio company awards · Supports events and interactions related to assigned topic areas; provides additional support to all program events and interactions as necessary 4) Lead support for SVIP red team activities, including coordinating with SVIP Directors, Program Managers, startups, and red team contractor
5) Provides secondary support to other roles as needed
6) Monitor SVIP inbox coordinating and providing responses as applicable; serve as lead for monitoring inbox on a rotating basis
7) Support the development of program-level materials by providing inputs, etc. as requested, particularly those items related to the assigned topic area
8) Senior Management Analyst to perform as SVIP Transition Support 
9) Senior Management Analyst will support the SVIP Transition Director
10) Experience coordinating with DHS operational components to transition startup technologies
11) Experience working in a Rapidly Phased award environment
12)  Experience in commercialization (i.e. the process of bringing new products or services to market) especially to the government market
13) Contribute to identifying transition paths and partners for SVIP portfolio companies
14) Provide feedback on applicant and portfolio company transition and commercialization plans
15) Experience working with U.S. and non-U.S. technology startups
16) Supports meetings/speaking engagements/interactions with the startup ecosystem
17) Contribute to the development of both overarching transition plans for the SVIP and individual plans for project areas as applicable
18) Coordinate with Topic Call Coordinators and Technical Support Lead regarding transition efforts for individual portfolio companies
Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Ability to obtain a Secret and/or Top-Secret Clearance. Minimum 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a related advanced degree of study in Information Management or Technology Management Technical experience with Homeland Security-related work may substitute for education requirements. Familiar with and knowledge of the Office of Management & Budget (OMB), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Federal Travel Regulation (FTR). Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Experience working with Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) is highly desired.
