POSITION SUMMARY
Modern Government Solutions (MGS) is seeking an experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst / Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) to plan, coordinate and execute intelligence activities in support of operational events. The ideal candidate will be adept at executing tactical intelligence operations with clients, including scenario development, intelligence product production and dissemination, and participation in and assessment of intelligence fusion activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
Conduct in-depth research from a wide range of sources (biographic, cultural, historical, political, and social) to produce area studies and supporting products.
Utilize basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Perform regional and geo-political analysis.
Manage collection processes effectively.
May engage in Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Counter Threat Finance analysis.
Assist in scenario development for full-spectrum operations.
Document processes and provide continual process improvement.
Comply with company standard operating policies and procedures.
Up to 30% travel may be required for this position.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
10+ years of analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with 5 years at the operational level in support of Special Operations Forces.
Knowledge and experience in regional and geo-political analysis required.
Understand and be able to replicate TACREPS, IIRs, OSINT, and other products of intelligence significance which facilitate targeting and threat analysis for scenario replication.
Have quantifiable experience with HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, and OSINT and possess an understanding of DNI/OSC, CIA, DIA, NSA, and NGA functions.
Knowledge and experience in collection management required.
Possess the ability to perform multiple tasks and change focus quickly as requirements change.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
Able to walk cross-country (uneven, rocky, sandy, and water obstacles up to waist high) in all weather conditions during day, night, and low visibility periods. Able to operate outside of a normal office environment in outside elements.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
HUMINT/SIGINT analysis experience preferred.
Counter Threat Finance experience preferred.
Prior operational experience supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) or counterterrorism elements in a deployed environment, particularly with experience in Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force (CJSOTF) or equivalent staff roles.
Experience in providing intelligence estimates for ground force and can deliver intelligence estimates for aviation assets (HLZ analysis, threat at objective, threat en route).
J2/G2 staff experience is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in teaching and mentoring intelligence analysts.
