Skandia Window Fashions is seeking a Human Resources Manager with experience managing the Human Resources Department of a diverse multi-unit, multi-state manufacturing company.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the administration of a Corporate Human Resource program for 175 manufacturing, sale and administrative employees at four manufacturing facilities. Duties include payroll, leave & attendance, benefits administration, recruitment and staffing, new employee orientation, labor relations, and performance management as well as administration of the workers' compensation and institutional safety programs. This position is located in Tallahassee, Florida and we are not offering relocation at this time.

To be successful in this position you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field with 5 years of progressively responsible work experience for a major company or division of a large corporation

or

10 years of progressively responsible work experience for a major company or division of a large corporation

or

an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of experience working in manufacturing
Experience working in a multi-unit, multi-state organization
Experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.

We would also prefer that you have:
Experience processing employee payroll using ADP or a similar payroll system
Employee relations - policies, procedures, discrimination & harassment complaints, disciplinary actions
Relevant experience in manufacturing
