Responsibilities
• Coach and mentor branch team on products and services• Work with bankers and introduce new clients for additional products and services• Partner with team to create an outstanding customer experience• Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations• Build role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintain customer relationships• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking• Knowledge of real estate market in local area• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
