Responsibilities
• Coach and mentor branch team on products and services• Work with bankers to introduce new clients to additional products and services• Partner with team to create outstanding customer experience• Develop strong partnership with assigned retail branches• Build and maintain good relationships with customers• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience• Knowledge of real estate market in local area• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
