Job Description:Wellist is seeking an ambitious and driven Senior Growth Executive to drive commercial growth for a dynamic digital-health startup expanding into the employer market. They will be responsible for driving qualified deals through the sales pipeline to achieve aggressive revenue targets.  Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will establish Wellist's position as a leading employer solutions company and help the company scale to support over 1M employees in times of need. This is an exciting opportunity to bring Wellist's transformational resource matching platform to a new market in a high-impact role with a fast-growing, mission-driven company.Must Haves:A true love for calling on customers, selling something of value and pushing deals to close5+ years of successfully selling emerging solutions, leveraging consultative sales approach, to large enterprise buyersThe successful candidate must be an entrepreneurial, customer-focused leader with experience at an early-stage, high growth company and a "roll up my sleeves" attitude to get things doneOutstanding communication and presentation skills including speaking methods and style that naturally highlight big picture value propositions, inspire leadership and innovation, and entice participation and partnershipAbility to deeply understand the tech-enabled solution that you are selling in order to build credibility with customers and buyersHigh EQ and ability to tailor positioning to each unique buyer and their business prioritiesAdaptability and resilience to continually iterate and improve sales approach to achieve market-leading win ratesNice to Haves:Experience directly selling HR tech solutions to CHROs, Total Rewards or Benefits LeadersAbility to grow into a leadership role to scale Wellist's sales operations as the business evolvesKey Responsibilities:Define and communicate clear growth priorities, independently driving core activitiesOwn the sales cycle from first buyer meeting and building senior executive relationships, to deal development, proposal, final contract negotiations, close and Client Success handoffDeliver a compelling pitch and technical demo to showcase Wellist's precision resource matching platform and broader capabilitiesEngage buyers and key stakeholders with a persuasive value story tailored for each individual and organizationPersistently and creatively address barriers to partnership to drive deals to closeMaintain and improve Hubspot CRM capabilities to optimize deal flow, win rate, and forecastingProvide top of funnel support, as requiredEffectively gather and share market feedback across the organization to successfully advance the Wellist missionPartner with CEO and Chief Purpose Officer to ensure all growth targets are reliably hit with excellenceAbout Wellist:Wellist is a mission-driven digital health company that provides HR leaders with a cutting-edge aggregator capable of personalizing the "right resource, right time".
