Mortenson is currently seeking Senior Financial Systems AnalystResponsible for systems support of our Accounts Payable groupWorking with end users and ITS to resolve issues and put enhancements in place
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Supporting our Accounts Payable function by helping end users resolve system issues• Working to enhance the system and updating the system via patching• Being a bridge between Finance, Operations, and ITS• Implementing new software releases, patches, and upgrades to financial systems• Providing support and training to end-users in the use of financial and project systems• Resolving system issues quickly and efficiently• Drafting requirements documents and developing test scripts• Analyzing and recommending system enhancements• Working and building relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels• Performing all other assigned duties
Requirements
• Advanced Excel skills• Knowledge of ERP modules: AP, GL, Projects• Oracle ERP experience preferred• Active listening skills and effective communication• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or equivalent degree• Minimum of 5 years of experience doing similar work
