Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Specialist – Trade/Broker
Location: St. Louis, MO 63103
Contract Duration: 3-6 months, possibility to extend
Schedule: M-F hybrid schedule with 3 days in office mandatory
Pay Rate: $26.12 per hour
Responsibilities:
•Handle stock splits and dividend payments, processing up to 10,000 payments daily.
•Utilize BETA back office system for processing and exception handling.
•Collaborate with team members domestically and internationally, including calls managed by the Philippines group.
•Assist in managing the volume as part of the processing team transitioning to Bangalore.
•Team Structure: Work within a team, with training provided by active team members. Match in-office schedule with the trainer during the training period.
Additional Notes:
•Team averages about 4 hours of overtime weekly
•No weekend overtime expectations.
•Parking is provided.
Top Skills Required:
•Brokerage experience, especially brokerage processing.
•Financial operations experience, with a preference for security operations experience.
•Familiarity with BETA, Smart Station, or similar back office processing systems.
•Ability to handle large volumes and work well under pressure.
•Basic Excel proficiency.
•Strong communication skills.
