Statewide Remodeling is searching for a qualified Senior Field Supervisor to join our team! This position is great for someone who has strong leadership qualities and is experienced with all aspects of carpentry.
As a Senior Field Supervisor, you are a large part of our team and your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our high level of customer satisfaction. You will connect with our customers to address questions and resolve various problems on-site at customer homes. Formal training provided through Statewide Remodeling will allow you to provide customers what they need when they need it. Your goal is to keep our customers completely assured and satisfied through your technical expertise and consistent and constant communication. You will also hold a significant role in the development of your team and lead them and Statewide Remodeling to success. Hire, train, and develop your team across your provided territory. Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed. Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers. Additional duties as required Qualifications: Valid and current New Mexico General Contractor's license strongly preferred. Positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Independent and teamwork skills. Self-motivated and well organized. Good oral and written communication skills. Must have at least 3 years experience with pocket replacement windows. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must hold a valid US driver's license.
