Looking for a Senior Estimator with a background in Design-Build projects.


Our ideal applicant would have experience with Accubid, Excel, and Bluebeam or other similar software.


He/She would need strong communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and vendors.


Experience with reviewing written scopes, RFP's, or narratives and then creating a detailed electrical design and budget.


Would need to be familiar with Tenant Improvement and Ground Up commercial design.


An emphasis on manufacturing, tilt-wall distribution, and mid-rise construction would be preferred.
