Salary: $110,000 - $135,000

Key Responsibilities: Guarantee the accuracy and thoroughness of all estimates. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. Lead pre-construction meetings and review estimates. Coordinate document distribution and information sharing among team members. Perform quantity surveys and detailed pricing across various disciplines. Follow established means and methods outlined in the organization's preconstruction manual for consistent, high-quality results. Engage in business development activities and deliver presentations. Participate in industry networking events and pursue continuing education opportunities. Conduct research and prepare reports on technological advancements beneficial to the organization. Craft narratives describing the quality and scope of cost estimates. Lead the development of conceptual cost models and propose value engineering solutions. Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of estimating experience, preferably in industrial and commercial construction. Proven experience as a general contractor, estimating scopes of work for industrial, commercial, self-storage facilities, and tenant improvements. Strong knowledge of preconstruction and estimating software's. Strong leadership abilities in managing a team of estimators.
