The Electronic Salestrading role is the primary contact point for both Institutional and Hedge Fund clients trading low-touch equities in NAM. The role involves active day-to-day low-touch salestrading coverage, idea generation, cross product content delivery and market intelligence. Significant overlap with Prime,Generalist/Specialistsales, Trading, Delta1, Equity capital markets and Derivatives. The overall objective of this role is to help grow our electronic market share, generate commission, source liquidity and be a conduit for the customer base into the Equity market.Responsibilities:Actively cover key accounts in a production role and act as primary point of contact for any/all low touch trading needsBe responsible for P&L and outage management and communication with clientsDevelop, implement and drive client coverage, acquisition and growth strategyDevelop action plans and accountability framework to ensure we achieve our growth and market share goalsMarket Citigroup's execution capabilities, contribute to team strategy and deliver a high level of customer serviceDevelop new relationships, cement current relationships and share existing relationships with Citi colleaguesOffer certain client full sales trading plus trading coverage and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policyDevelop client from acquisition to ownership of high profile institutional accountsLead strong governance and controlsWork in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructureBuild a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethicsAppropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm's reputationBe familiar with and adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities ServicesAdhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to youObtain and maintain allregistrations/licenseswhich are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframeAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.?Qualifications:12+ years of sales trading experienceIn-depth knowledge of equity analysis, market dynamics and fundamentals,In-depth knowledge of financial institutions asset classes and productsProven client relationships and institutional client-specific knowledgeKnowledge of equity trading, trading strategies, the market place and market issuesConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communicationProven negotiation and persuasion skills and fluency in additional languages preferredMust be able to obtain the following licenses: Series 7, 63, 57, 24Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Institutional Sales------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Investor Sales------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$200,000.00 - $300,000.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
