In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing power conversion technologies that connect energy storage, alternate power generation methods including fuel cells and solar, inverter hardware, inverter software, and high-level system control.

Must Haves

Primary Responsibilities
Develop power conversion hardware platforms focusing on DC-DC and DC-AC control.
Validate feedback and model predictive control algorithms for robust performance.
Collaborate for system model development, utilizing auto code generation.
Perform system optimization for performance targets.
Communicate results both in writing and verbally.
Lead concept system building and evaluation for simulation validation.
Generate internal IP for power generation and energy conversion, advising on competitive IP.
Engage in energy consortia for R&D insights and standards awareness.
Education, Skills and Experience
BS in Electrical Engineering required
Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
Proficient in developing, testing, and fixing power electronics.
At least 3 years in kilowatt-scale power conversion and controls.

Knowledge of diverse power generation and battery storage systems
