Senior Director of Product Management - Care TechnologyAs a Senior Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology at Thirty Madison. You will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, clinical tooling, and pharmacy operations platforms. Your leadership will ensure our products not only meet the current needs of healthcare providers and pharmacists but also anticipate future challenges in the healthtech landscape. This role requires a balance of technical depth, healthcare industry expertise, and leadership skills to oversee a team of Product Managers and individual contributors (ICs). Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the product management team.Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure our products comply with healthcare regulations and standards, prioritizing patient safety and data security in all product decisions.What you bring to the roleRequired Experience: Minimum of 10 years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare technology or EHR space. Proven track record of delivering successful healthcare technology products.Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, Computer Science). MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including EHR systems, clinical workflows, and pharmacy operations.
