Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go.Job Summary:As the Senior Director of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the sales process to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will leadthe Business Intelligence and Salesforce Operations function, supervising a team tasked with data analysis, market research, and insight generation from sales and deployment data to drive strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business intelligence efforts are aligned with overarching business objectives and sales strategies, promoting a unified approach. Your expertise in sales analytics, process improvement, and sales technology will be instrumental in driving success.Key Responsibilities:Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the business intelligence function, contributing to the company's growth and maintaining competitiveness in the market.Direct the Business Intelligence and Salesforce Operations department responsible for analyzing sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Oversee the team responsible for underwriting processes within the sales team, ensuring meticulous risk assessment and pricing strategies to drive revenue expansion.Lead the development and execution of sales plans, including territory assignments, quotas, and incentive programs.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance and resource allocation.Streamline and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to accelerate the sales cycle.Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology tools (CRM systems, sales automation, etc.) to support sales operations.Develop sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.Work closely with marketing, finance, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall company goals.Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments to drive integrated strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Substantial experience in sales operations or related roles, ideally with 8+ years of experience, including leadership responsibilities.Proven track record of driving sales performance improvement and revenue growth.Demonstrated success in leading business intelligence teams, with a strong track record of utilizing data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.Expertise in underwriting processes, including risk assessment and pricing strategies, preferably within a sales or financial services context.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and other sales technology platforms.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.When you join Metropolis,you'lljoin a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. Theanticipatedbase pay for this position is $150,000.00 to 195,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered isdeterminedbya number ofvariables, including, asappropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of educationattained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base payis onecomponentof Metropolis's total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
