As the Senior Director of Demand + Supply Operations, you will oversee and manage the demand and supply department, reporting directly to the CEO. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of their supply chain to meet business needs and customer expectations. Responsibilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Required Skills Oversee daily team activities, providing guidance and support Collaborate with management, inventory, supply chain, and sales teams Identify and mitigate demand forecast risks Develop demand plans based on trends and patterns Troubleshoot and resolve demand-related issues Assist in developing budgets and cost-effective initiatives Maintain training materials and organize team training sessions Enforce company policies and regulations Develop and present routine and ad-hoc demand reports Schedule and conduct forecast review meetings with management Improve forecast accuracy through refined processes Plan and execute demand planning activities Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluations, and retention Update forecasts for new, seasonal, and promotional products Coordinate with inventory team to maintain optimal inventory levels Location: New York
