Responsibilities
• Own billing process for General Licensing accounts• Develop performance metrics and KPIs for monitoring and improvement• Lead transition to digital billing initiative• Train and coach direct reports for efficient collection• Manage relationship with printing and postage vendor• Identify and recommend processes to improve efficiency
Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant work experience supporting sales• Team leadership and communication skills• Experience with system and people change management• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office• Ability to maintain confidentiality and think analytically• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
