At our Merritt Island location, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team and drive our people strategy forward. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative HR strategies that enhance employee experience, mitigate risks, and support business growth.
Partner closely with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations on HR matters.
Champion our company's vision, values, and culture, fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and continuously improve HR performance.
Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Serve as the HR site lead for our Merritt Island location, overseeing employee relations and workforce development initiatives.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational values.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Implement employee wellness and engagement programs to retain top talent and foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, adapting HR practices accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Psychology, Organizational Development)
10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles
Demonstrated experience in HR strategy development and implementation
Strong project management skills, including change management and transformation initiatives
Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience in a fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge of Federal contracting or FOCI regulations is advantageous
U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%)
