The Consumer Marketing Team at TMB is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Digital. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and be responsible for managing a team to drive successful and fully optimized marketing efforts executed through email, newsletter, push notifications, and site ads. They will work in close communication and support with the Senior Marketing Manager, Streaming & Social. About you:
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced, data-driven marketer who has worked across multiple owned acquisition marketing channels including website advertising units or house inventory, email, and ecommerce, etc., supporting a variety of product lines. In addition, you have experience leading a team, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of direct marketing principles. Your day-to-day: Lead the strategy and optimization for website ads supporting TMB products, planning overall campaigns from ideation to execution to reporting Manage a team to oversee all marketing conducted through non-paid digital channels, including email, newsletters, site ads (via Google Ad Manager), and push notifications Own the p/l, budgeting and life-time value analysis and assumptions for these digital channels Collaborate with Data & Product teams to drive continuous optimization of personalized site advertising delivered through Google Ad Manager Lead reporting of digital marketing including KPI's of impressions, clicks, conversions, etc., across all channels utilizing GA and Looker Review campaign results on a regular cadence and create marketing plans for future periods surfacing innovative ideas, new opportunities to engage our audiences as well drive continuous optimization efforts Collaborate actively with creative, editorial, and data teams to ensure successful execution of day-to-day activities and campaigns Support new corporate initiatives as needed You have: BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred 4+ years digital marketing experience Prior media and/or subscription experience preferred Prior experience with Google Ad Manager and site optimization preferred Prior experience with paid performance marketing campaigns (social or CTV) a plus 2 years of team management experience Problem-solving skills, with an exceptional ability to digest new information, master new techniques and translate knowledge to others in a fast-paced environment An ability to prioritize and organize projects for self, internal team, and external partners Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate insights and strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Looker, etc. Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint About this team:
Our Marketing team is responsible for all marketing efforts supporting our newsletters, site Revenue per Visitor, paid media, affiliate, push notifications and email channels, along with supporting the marketing and audience development of our streaming TV channels.
