Responsibilities:
Design and execute high-impact digital advertising strategies across various channels, prioritizing innovation and best practices.
Manage end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across Google Marketing Platform, Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance as appropriate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
5-8+ years of digital advertising experience, with a focus on nonprofits or professional associations preferred.
Proven track record of developing and managing conversion-driven campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels.
Familiarity with advanced advertising tools such as Google DV360 and Campaign Manager 360 (DoubleClick) is advantageous.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
