Reporting to the Senior Director of Design Operations, you will be part of an immersive, fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple projects across different customer segments and working collaboratively across Design, Content, and Research functions.Your Day to Day:Guide?UX efforts across product design teams, including planning and?working with cross-functional partners to remove blockers and?presenting effectively to?senior staff and?stakeholders.? Own program strategy for end-to-end delivery using product development process lifecycles and workflows. Collaborate with other cross-functional Design team members (Research, Content Design, Design Operations, Branding) and Business and Engineering stakeholders. Drive?best practices?in?process and methodology to deliver?against business and customer needs.? Drive continuous improvement to design operations and processes (intake, capacity planning, tooling, workflow mapping) What You Need to Bring:A successful candidate should have at least 10+ years of experience as a producer, project manager, or program manager withProven ability in managing multiple projects within a design team or design operations is required.Candidates should have a thorough command of the UX lifecycle, knowledgeable in all skill areas and tools, including facilitation of workshops or other collaboration techniques. Background in software, product, or design development and ability to understand technical structures, challenges, and risks quickly conceptually is preferred.Experience breaking down complex problems and driving decision-making and prioritization discussions. Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
