Overall, this role requires a Senior DBA with extensive experience in various database platforms, particularly Snowflake and Fivetran. Location- Boston Interested candidate's can be shared their resume's at Database Expertise: Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Snowflake and Fivetran (certification preferred). 5+ years of experience with DB2/UDB and SQL Server. Experience with AWS RDS, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, Redis databases. Experience working with large-scale databases. Understanding of proper indexing and query tuning. Knowledge of DB2 concepts (Range Partitioning, MDC, MQT). Knowledge of UDB/AIX utilities (backup, reorg, runstats, rebind). Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server reorg and update statistics. Experience with AWS DMS (Data Migration Service). Other Skills: Experience using a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. User-level familiarity with version control systems. Experience with installation, maintenance, and on-call support for databases. Additional Requirements: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven leadership and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze existing configurations and recommend improvements.
