Working closely with the executive team, you will leverage advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data science techniques to support corporate strategy, distribution, and economic forecasting. Your role involves developing predictive and prescriptive models, maintaining an advanced analytics layer in a DataMart, and ensuring the delivery of timely and insightful Business Intelligence (BI). Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Analytics for Wholesale, you will conduct complex analyses, transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations for executive leadership. Your success will be measured by your ability to enhance revenue, expand the customer footprint, and maintain a high-quality experience in the Wholesale channel through the use of advanced data science methodologies.In this hybrid role, you will be required to report to 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX to complete your work responsibilities 4 days a week with one day work from home.What we need in you:We are looking for someone with advanced analysis and strong communication skills who can help expand our Data Science capabilities to structure data and build out models that will help the business drive sales, revenue, churn reduction and strategic deals.What you'll do:Develop and implement a data-driven strategy for the Wholesale channel, emphasizing the use of predictive analytics and data science to facilitate leadership decisionsCreate, validate, and deploy predictive models to forecast trends, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize operational efficienciesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their advanced analytics, BI, and data science needs, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant data dimensions for analysisUtilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze complex datasets, extracting insights that drive strategic decisionsDesign, implement, and refine data models specifically for advanced analytics, ensuring compatibility with predictive and prescriptive modeling requirementsSupport the integration of machine learning algorithms and statistical models into the data processing pipeline, enhancing the analytics capabilities of the DataMartOptimize database and query performance to support complex analytical models and reduce computation timesCollaborate closely with BI developers and data scientists to provide data that supports their advanced reporting and analysis needsLead initiatives to automate data processing, reporting, and model deployment tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual interventionStay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies in data science, and advanced analytics to continuously improve internal capabilitiesWhat we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
