Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the digital experience for our users by ensuring high-quality, actionable data is available to drive decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives across the company.Key Responsibilities:Data Architecture:Design, build, andmaintainefficient, reliable, and scalable data pipelines to ingest and process data from the Nexthink platform and other digital tools.Data Quality and Governance:Implement systems and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting, adhering to data governance and compliance standards.Analytics and Reporting:Develop and enhance analytics frameworks and reporting dashboards to provide insights into digital user experiences,utilizingthe Nexthink platform's capabilities to the fullest.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with technology product teams, user experience, servicing, and business teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions that support the organization's digital experienceobjectives.Performance Monitoring:Utilize Nexthink and other monitoring tools toidentify, analyze, and resolve performance issues, ensuringoptimaldigital experiences for users.Innovation and Optimization:Continuously explorenew technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data processing, analysis, and the overall effectiveness of digital experience monitoring.Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a proventrack recordof developing and managing large-scale data systems and analytics solutions.Expertisein data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL/NoSQL databases.Familiarity with cloud data technologies and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex issues and drive continuous improvement.Strong communicationand collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Experience in digital experience monitoring or related fields is highly desirable.Preferred Skills:Strong experience with the Nexthink platform, including its data collection, analytics, and reporting features.Proficiencyin PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languagesProficiencyin scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
