Responsibilities
• Create high quality 3D assets using modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging/animation workflows• Oversee and contribute to 3D content creation pipelines• Design and manage production of 3D environments for immersive experiences and simulations• Implement 3D assets in XR experiences and simulations• Lead and contribute to brainstorming sessions for upcoming projects• Stay updated with new tools and emerging technologies• Provide a learning environment and mentor student workers• Promote a collaborative atmosphere with designers and developers• Manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment• Coordinate other duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Art or related field AND four years experience in graphic design and layout, illustration, or commercial art; OR, eight years experience in graphic design and layout, illustration, or commercial art• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing software• Proficiency in the full 3D pipeline• Understanding of Immersive technologies• Experience in optimizing 3D assets for web experiences• Knowledge in photogrammetry and LiDAR scanning• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite• Experience with game engines• Effective communication skills• Experience in managing multiple projects in an agile environment• Artistic eye for design and willingness to take creative risks• Self-motivation and continual learning in immersive design• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
