Senior Corporate Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused travel professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant. In this remote role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional service to our valued corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and book routine and complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including air, hotel, car rental, ground transportation, and additional services.
2. Exercise sound judgment within established procedures and practices, ensuring adherence to corporate travel policies regarding price, elapsed time, and safety.
3. Leverage your expertise in Worldspan (required) and Sabre (a plus) to efficiently manage travel reservations.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong computer skills.
5. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-touch, personalized service to corporate clients.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a corporate travel agent, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ticketing and group travel experience is a valuable asset.
