The Senior Consumer eCommerce Specialist – Paid Marketing will be responsible for activating in-house paid marketing campaigns and assist in the maintenance and accuracy of all external agency led paid marketing campaigns. They will act as the Consumer eCommerce Optimization Team's lead for competitor marketing collection, and partner to govern ratings and reviews across our house of brands in addition to tracking and sharing the test, learn, action efforts for the team. USA, Louisville, KY How You'll Create Possibilities
Activate and maintain in-house paid search activities.
Track, measure, optimize, and report on core KPIs for in-house paid search including click-thru rates, conversion pathways, and revenue.
Work with Consumer eCommerce Senior Manager - Paid Marketing to ensure accuracy of pricing, assets, and links of all external paid marketing campaigns.
Serve as Consumer eCommerce Optimization Team's point person for evaluation, collection, and sharing of weekly competitive marketing information.
Partner with internal stakeholders on our ratings and reviews for all brands on our direct to consumer sites.
Compile, track, and report out on the team's test, learn, action efforts across all brands.
Engage cross-functional team in continuous feedback cycle, streamlining and prioritizing ongoing requests to support key brand initiatives.
Work collaboratively within our matrixed organization to build innovative and impactful campaigns for the House of Brands target segments.
Anticipate and address challenges with a long-term view while executing tactical daily responsibilities and balancing priorities.
Partner with key agencies, DT teams, Consumer eCommerce, brand, advertising, merchandising, product teams, legal, communications and PR, to ensure consistency across all consumer touch points.
Evaluate consumer research, market conditions and competitor data to recommend future actions.
Drive regular leadership report outs on in-house paid marketing performance.
Assist in additional commerce projects as need arises
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; marketing or business administration preferred
Minimum 5 years of prior digital marketing platform management experience or related experience
Minimum 2 years hands on management of paid search and shopping ads
Experience in merchandising, promotion support, and UX
Demonstrated ability to establish and interpret relevant KPIs/performance and optimize paid marketing to drive sales
Knowledge of excel with basic formula and pivot experience
Testing and data driven track record
Prior experience working with web analytics, digital tools/technology, and multiple vendor/agency partners
Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to form strong partnerships and working relationships within the team, cross-functional and with vendor/agency partners
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
Desired Characteristics/Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multiple brands in an omni-channel environment
Google Certifications in Search, Analytics, Shopping
Display and paid social experience
Agency experience
Master's Degree in Marketing or Business
Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work in a very fast-paced, matrixed organization serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple work streams simultaneously
The ability to understand and explain complex issues, but also clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level
Ability to present and influence leadership in a clear and concise manner on Paid Marketing progress and key learnings
Willingness to work hard and contribute positively to a unique, fun, and exceptional company culture
