What will you be doing?:
As a Compliance Consultant specialising in AML/KYC, your role is maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.
Here's a glimpse into your typical day :
Conducting in-depth reviews of AML/KYC procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Creating and updating policies and procedures related to AML/KYC, tailored to the clients needs and ensuring alignment with all applicable internal and regulatory requirements.
Identifying enhancement opportunities for KYC and AML processes and implementing these changes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance digital compliance tools and processes.
Be on top of the technology solutions and guide the client in selecting the right tools and support with the implementation.
Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
Assisting in the development and execution of compliance monitoring programs.
Contributing to the design and implementation of AML/KYC training programs for employees.
Being a guide, a counsellor and a sounding board for the junior levels to overperform on projects.
What do you bring to the table?:

Proven AML/KYC Expertise:
bring 2-5 years of solid experience in AML/KYC, ideally with a focus on second-line defence.
Digital Compliance Proficiency:
display a strong inclination towards digital compliance, with hands-on experience or a keen interest in compliance tooling and project management.
Academic Excellence:
hold a master's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong foundation in compliance principles and practices.
Language Proficiency:
possess fluency in Dutch, French, and English, enabling seamless communication across international borders.
Commitment to Efficiency:
show a relentless pursuit of efficiency, consistently exploring technical solutions to optimise processes and workflows.
Analytical Rigor:
exhibit a meticulous and analytical approach to work, with the ability to objectively evaluate and critique both your own and others' contributions.
Initiative and Collaboration:
demonstrate a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, coupled with a collaborative spirit that values input from colleagues and ensures transparent project communication.
Certification Advantage:
holders of Compliance certifications will be given preference, although it is not mandatory.
Regulatory Acumen:
navigate the intricate landscape of regulatory requirements with confidence, leveraging strong analytical skills to interpret and implement complex regulations effectively.
