Senior Compensation Analyst

Summary: Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team. We're seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team remotely. You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our compensation programs, ensuring they attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data, market trends, and competitor practices. Develop and recommend improvements to our compensation programs (base salary, merit increases, bonuses, etc.). Manage all aspects of the annual merit cycle for various pay structures. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation programs comply with regulations and align with business goals. Research and implement best practices in compensation technology and systems. Analyze and audit compensation programs for accuracy and effectiveness. Develop clear and concise communication materials to explain compensation policies to employees. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, Finance, or Math (preferred). 3+ years of experience in advanced compensation analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget. Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Deep understanding of federal and state compensation and HR laws.
