For more than 75 years, their products have been used to build the communities where Americans live, work and play.We are seeking a Senior Communications Specialist for our customer, County Materials.Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply.The Senior Communications Specialist supports the Marketing & Communications Department by providing strategic insight, crafting copy for external and internal initiatives, and creating social media content that meets our Brand Guidelines for consistent tone and identity.Job Duties:Write compelling copy for case studies, company news articles, newsletters, video scripts, radio ads, flyers, letters, and other deliverables as assigned.Follow and help develop communication and content strategies that support sales, recruitment, and community initiativesStrategize, create, monitor, and analyze social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram in HubSpot. Draft and revise short-form and long-form assignments to meet high-quality standards. Adapt writing style for unique B2B, B2C, and internal audiences. Conduct research and interviews to complete writing assignments. Comply with corporate Brand Guidelines and Style Guidelines. Stay current with our product offerings by division and geographic location, best writing practices, and SEOWork with the Communications Team to determine the effectiveness of strategies by collecting and interpreting SEO, website, and social media analytics. Integrate findings into current and future strategiesIdentify creative ways to repurpose and leverage existing content to drive sales and traffic to websiteBrainstormconcepts and messaging with the Communications TeamSupport other Marketing & Communications Department channels as neededWork Environment:HybridSome travel to company locations, job sites, and customer offices based on project needs, predominantly day trips.Physical Requirements:Sitting frequently.
