Responsibilities
• Deliver high quality and efficient service to internal and external clients• Meet or exceed revenue expectations• Contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention and satisfaction• Manage an assigned group of accounts• Build and solidify relationships with existing clients• Take a leadership role in the renewal process• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services• Cultivate relationships with clients• Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ year's client service and/or claims management experience• 1+ year's supervisory experience• P&C License• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships (preferred)• Solid financial acumen (preferred)
