Senior Commercial Lines Underwriting Assistant

Job Description:
A property and casualty company is looking for a Senior Commercial Lines Underwriting Assistant to coordinate and communicate with various parties, including agents, producers and underwriting staff, to support the company's underwriting efforts and take appropriate action within designated timeframes. In addition, this professional will ensure quality and timeliness of policies and correspondence, respond to customer inquiries, ensure electronic files are accurately maintained, perform exposure comparisons, and quote and issue commercial property. This opportunity is anticipated to be 3+ months in duration and located in Ohio. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a commercial lines underwriting assistant working with small and mid-size accounts Commercial rating experience Knowledge of commercial coverage endorsement rules and regulations Local to Ohio and able to commute into the office Contact:
