THE FOCUS IS YOU As a Senior Campus Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and hire top talent from colleges and universities. You will play a crucial role in helping develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and onboard entry-level candidates who have the potential to become future leaders within the firm. This position requires a deep understanding of campus recruiting processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Regular duties include (but are not limited to):
Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to formulate effective campus recruitment strategies aligned with the firm's hiring goals and objectives Cultivate relationships with faculty, career services, and student organizations at target universities to enhance the firm's brand presence on campuses Utilize various channels such as career fairs, networking events, campus presentations, and online platforms to identify and attract potential candidates Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify candidates who exhibit the skills, qualities, and values that align with the firm's culture and business needs Develop and maintain engagement strategies to keep candidates informed about the firm's opportunities, culture, and growth potential Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively seeking candidates from underrepresented groups and advocating for a diverse campus hiring pool Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment activities, and providing timely feedback to candidates Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to showcase the firm as an employer of choice for top campus talent Collect and analyze data related to campus recruitment efforts, using metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and making data-driven improvements Assist in the onboarding process for new campus hires, ensuring a smooth transition from recruitment to integration into the firm WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software Preferred Education and Experience
Experience in professional service environment, such as a CPA firm, financial consulting firm, or similar setting Advanced user of Excel and other Microsoft office products Basic understanding of campus specific talent acquisition software tools Travel
