Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Position Type: Full-Time
Essential Functions:
Design and develop Qlik Dashboards within an Agile environment
Provide development expertise and architectural strategy
Utilize ETL concepts to transform data for reporting from multiple sources
Work closely with the DOD customer within an Agile team to identifying metrics and analyzing data for use in BI Reporting
Test and validate data in reports developed within the team
Participate in resolving technical issues that arise during development
Communicate and coordinate with members of the development team to work across multiple projects
Mentor junior members of the development team as required
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
At least 5 years of experience developing reports and dashboards with QlikView or Qlik Sense
At least 5 years of experience working on a team with 3 or more developers
Experience with Oracle, SQL, or Teradata databases
Experience in an Agile development environment utilizing tools such as JIRA and Confluence (or comparable tools from other vendors)
Proficient with Qlik scripting, set analysis, and QVD creation
Experience with Business Intelligence ETL and data modeling
Desired:
Experience working on government funded programs
Experience with Qlik Sense Visualization Extensions, Mashups, APIs and Web Integration
Knowledge of Python, R language
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required.
