Your Role in Our Success:
As the Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with our sales leader to drive wellness program sales across various channels. Your role will involve nurturing partner relationships, generating leads, and marketing our offerings to potential clients, particularly in the Southeastern region. This position offers remote flexibility and may require occasional travel, up to 30% of the time.
What Success Looks Like:
Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales and pipeline targets consistently.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales leader to achieve annual sales goals by fostering relationships and selling our platform through partner channels.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meeting monthly sales targets.
Familiarize yourself with our product suite and effectively communicate its value proposition to prospects.
Develop sales materials in collaboration with marketing and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Manage prospect data accurately in HubSpot, ensuring all interactions are well-documented.
Engage in lead generation activities and participate in sales training as required.
Provide reports and seek approval for any variances in product or pricing configurations.
Complete RFI, RFP, proposals, and demonstrations effectively to maximize our chances of winning deals.

Experience & Education:
Minimum three years of experience selling to healthcare brokers in the wellbeing or healthcare industry.
Sales experience in the wellbeing industry is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Physical & Working Environment:
Standard office working conditions with minimal physical demands.
Occasional event attendance may require lifting and other physical activities.
