Duties: The Senior Business Analyst at GoDaddy.com, LLC in Tempe, Arizona will perform complex business requirements analysis, define business needs, and document new business requirements. Serve as lead analyst to document user requirements from stakeholders across PM, PMM, GTM, and Engineering. Develop automation around KPIs to identify performance and gaps to proactively implement solutions and goals. Guide and lead junior Business Analysts on resolution of critical production issues. Serve as lead analyst with junior Business Analysts to provide actionable insights experimentation hypotheses and influence direction of business by effectively communicating findings. Develop and lead clear one pager and PPT data storytelling results to partner with business to understand drivers and opportunities to improve. Build end-to-end reporting solutions from multiple data structures and sources. Support design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide views, dashboards and custom reporting. Connect customer, sales, renewals, product usage and churn data to get a complete picture of our Domain Investor customer segment. Serve as team champion on ideation to help junior Business Analysts and Product Managers feel confident on designing, implementing, and interpreting A/B and multi-variant testing, including the math and statistics necessary to interpret and make informed decisions about results that improve the company's product and process. Telecommuting permissible. GoDaddy's compensation may vary based on an individual's qualifications at the time of the offer. The annual base salary range is $104,500-$203,500 per year.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Marketing Analytics, Analytics, Statistics, or related field plus 3 years of experience as a business analyst or related occupation. Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: (1) SQL for data discovery, aggregation, and extraction; (2) Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau or DOMO; (3) Managing digital product KPIs within subscription-based business models; (4) Utilizing Bayesian and Frequentist experimentation, including the use of Casual Impact Package in R and Python; (5) Data pipeline concepts, including ETL and common analysis workflows; (6) Data storage and processing technologies, including Hadoop, HDFS, and Hive; (7) MixPanel, Qualtrics, and Google Analytics; (8) Product analytics skills including customer retention analytics, exploratory analysis, recommendation writing, and financial reporting with GTM for monetization; (9) collaborating with and influencing cross-functional product teams, including software engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.
