The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-$140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Identify relevant data sources and assist in analyzing data quality and applicability.
Data Transformation: Clean, manipulate, and structure large datasets for analysis.
Visualization & Storytelling: Create compelling visualizations and presentations to convey complex findings.
Collaborate with department/function experts to define KPIs, visualizations and dashboards.
Identify and implement ways to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis efficiency.
Track, maintain and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.
Share knowledge and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals.
Other responsibilities as required.
What We are Looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science strongly preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.
7+ years' experience as a data analyst, including experience leading projects in supply chain businesses.
Experience with data storytelling and distilling complex information into understandable ideas.
Experience with Design thinking and Lean thinking.
Statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experience with Big Data technologies (desired).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor presentations for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with enterprise data pipelines and warehousing.
Demonstrated ability to think critically about data and identify trends and anomalies.
Willingness to travel up to 25%
