About the RoleWe have great stories to tell, so we're looking for a driven and experience Senior Brand Content Lead to help us plan, create and deliver a variety of communications projects that will appeal to our audiences on a 12 month FTC to cover Maternity Leave. With a strong eye for detail and solid experience in brand marketing and crafting content for a variety of audiences, you will challenge the way we do things and assist in building a stellar content and design team.
We want to spend the next year showcasing our new brand and focusing on our latest services and solutions, taking them to market in a compelling, new and exciting way. This role will be responsible for crafting the strategy and process to make this happen, while also managing the day to day execution of our content and brand to ensure we set a benchmark for high quality content.
In this role you will join a vibrant Marketing team and be an integral part of how we communicate who we are and what we do to our various stakeholders, working alongside the Head of Marketing to supercharge our brand and content strategy for the next year.
You will:
Work with internal and external stakeholders to research, create and deliver content that reinforces our market position, informs, educates, and engages our customersWork with service owners throughout the business to identify their key propositions, and create the supporting sales enablement and marketing collateralCreate best in class practises and methodologies for the teamLead the team to create a variety of different types of content aligned to the buying journey and different personas. This will include case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership, articles, press releases, blogs, emails, social posts, award submissions, interview, write ups and many moreSupport with storyboards and briefs for new content, including video contentBe able to come up with new and innovative ways to communicate and produce content for multiple audiencesCreate, edit and proof-read content from various sources to ensure that tone of voice and message remains consistent.Act as a point of sign off for all design work and branded content, ensuring BJSS continues to follow marketing and design best practiceEngage with client press offices to obtain their buy-in and signoffWork with multiple PR agencies to support our global officesWork with the team to ensure the BJSS website and other digital channels remain relevant, up to date and appeals to changing needsProvide 'ad hoc' communication and messaging support to BJSS colleaguesAbout YouYou'll need to demonstrate these attributes:
Strong Marcom, media or Public Relations experience in the technology sector, in a role where you have produced contentExcellent written and proof-reading skills and the ability to quickly tweak content across multiple platformsSome experience in working with client / partner press offices to obtain their buy in and sign off your contentStrong interviewing, research and analytical skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into commercial benefits that appeal to a wide range of audiencesA can-do attitude and a passion for content in all formsThese attributes are advantageous:
