We are seeking an experienced Senior BPO Sales Consultant who will be a key player in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for our BPO services. Drawing upon your extensive experience in BPO sales, you will lead initiatives to expand our client base, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:  Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the BPO market Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with our BPO solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and areas for growth. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for both the client and the organization. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements. Prepare and present regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and forecasts. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of top-tier BPO services. Address client concerns promptly and work towards continuous improvement. Other essential duties related to the position to meet the ongoing needs of the company. The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of successful experience in BPO sales, with a track record of exceeding targets. Strong understanding of BPO processes, technologies, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results. This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
