• Process accounting transactions and reconcile various accounts• Deliver financial statements and reports to clients• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll• Manage vendors and maintain accurate information in QuickBooks• Prepare and report sales tax• Complete tax return preparation work papers• Provide backup to other Bookkeepers• Serve as a resource and mentor to colleagues• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices• Comply with accounting policies and regulations
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in QuickBooks Online, Bookkeeping, and Public Accounting Firm• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field• QuickBooks Pro Advisor certification preferred• Excellent communication skills• Critical attention to detail• Strong software skills• Efficient and effective work habits• E-commerce Accounting experience is a plus
