What You Will Do: As the Senior Automated Testing Analyst , you will focus on the implementation of the automated testing applications and implementation of processes for C5MI clients. Candidates should have proficiency in automated testing tools such as Tosca, Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, or similar tools. They should also have experience with programming languages commonly used in automated testing, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including both manual and automated testing techniques, is essential. Candidates should be familiar with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
The Senior Automated Testing Analysts are expected to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to analyze complex systems, identify issues, and propose effective solutions. In many cases, Senior Automated Testing Analysts may be required to lead testing teams or manage testing projects.
The Senior Automated Testing Analyst is responsible for
Implementing automated testing across project teams, leveraging the Tricentis suite of tools.
Creating, running, modifying, and resolving or facilitating resolution of test script issues.
Understanding customer business objectives and assisting with aligning the deliverables accordingly.
Training individuals and large groups in large-scale production settings.
Providing guidance, training, and mentoring to implement automated testing across project teams.
Explaining and showcasing how to use the software in a reusable and optimal way.
Describing complex technical concepts in a way that makes them easily understandable, digestible, and relatable.
Creating and delivering engaging and effective training collateral, ensuring customer delighting and understanding.
Effectively troubleshooting questions and issues with the automated testing line of service.
Providing documentation and resources for business requirements, results, process flows, and best practices.
Performing other related tasks as assigned.
Required Experiences and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field. 2+ years of experience with a suite of automated testing tools. Tricentis LiveCompare and Data Integrity (DI) 6+ years in a customer engagement role. Strong technical skills working knowledge of C# and/or VB, data modeling, SQL creation and usage, QA experience with SDLC processes, etc. Experience with analytics and an understanding of metrics and KPIs (as defined). Experience in planning and delivering training courses to customers. Strong documentation and presentation skills including creative thinking and a willingness to work hands-on to deliver impactful outcomes. Customer-centric thinking. Strong cross-functional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand the pros and cons of different options and make informed decisions. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements, technologies, and business needs. Ability to guide and mentor junior team members on integration best practices and skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality. Desired Experiences and Skills Hands-on experience with SAP Configuration and/or Development (desired). Certification in Tricentis tools such as Tosca, LiveCompare, qTest, etc. Active government security clearance Experience working with the Department of Defense or other Federal agencies. Location : Remote Although this is a remote position, we are unable to hire candidates in the state of California.
Travel : Many of our positions involve traveling up to 20%, but for those who are adventurous, there are opportunities for even more travel. However, we can also provide opportunities with limited or no travel requirements for highly qualified candidates.
This is a contract position that requires candidates to be US Citizens who can acquire a security clearance.
